    Hi dear experts,

    Need your help

Everything was functioning smoothly until the latest round of plugin updates. However, there seems to be an issue as customers are no longer receiving emails containing tracking information when orders are marked as dispatched or delivered.

    Please advice

    Hi @overyah,

It sounds like there may be a compatibility issue, though it’s worth noting that we haven’t made any changes in recent updates that would directly affect the tracking information display in the emails. If you’re using an email customizer plugin, this might be where the conflict is occurring. Could you please let us know which email customizer you are using?

    Best regards,
    Gaurav

    Hi @overyah,

Given that you’re using the Mailpoet Email Customizer plugin, it’s essential to ensure that the “woocommerce_email_before_order_table” hook is included in the Customer Completed order status email template. This hook is where our plugin inserts the tracking widget, and if it’s missing or altered, that could cause the tracking information to not display as expected.

Please check your Mailpoet email customizer settings to confirm that the “woocommerce_email_before_order_table” hook is present and correctly configured in the relevant email templates.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav
