    Good afternoon,
    we are having problems with the mailing, the mails with the orders in pdf are not arriving.

    The test results in the following message: Could not open socket.

    We need help please.

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the default Twenty Twenty-Five.
    2. Deactivate all other plugins, and then reactivate them one by one while testing the functionality after each activation.
