    I’m getting this error on both my sites using this plugin I have everything setup correctly on stripe and site settings. How can I fix this, it’s putting my business to a holt.

    I really need to get this figured out, can I please have competent support? I’ve tried it on a minimal setup with just WooCommerce and the stripe plugin with different themes. I’m not sure what is causing this.

    So sorry for your problem. This error typically means that no credit card details were sent to Stripe.

    Have you tried to test the checkout in test mode to verify that your site is working properly?

    There is information on the following document that you can use to confirm that the Stripe checkout is setup properly and details on how to enable test mode:

    If you enable logging in Stripe’s settings, the logs may shed more light on the specific issue you’re experiencing.
