I agree that e haven’t scored well as far as language is concerned but I hope you too would agree that a resident of a non-English speaking country won’t have a very good grasp on English. Would definitely love to hear your suggestions to enhance that aspect, let me know if you are willing to extend your helping hand.
As far as the issue with the send inquiry is concerned, it would have definitely be more helpful if you could have shared the same over the support forum but I understand that you practice a very busy schedule and hence don’t have much time to go through support forum formalities. So you test a plugin, if it doesn’t works the way you had expected it ends up with a bad rating.
Don’t you think it’s a bit harsh, I mean no software( even paid ones) are free of bugs. After all they all are developed by human beings who do make mistakes and not to forget many a times the issue that you see might not have the reason that you are presuming. There are many plugins that you use, there can be conflicts both with theme and any existing plugin.
Anyways, would surely like to get your issue fixed. So if you can kindly share the same over support thread along with your website link, I can check it for you.
