cost for shipping method = 0,00€

    In the order overview page, the different shipping method costs are all at 0,00€ although in the shipment method settings, I have inputted a cost for each option.
    I checked with Orion where I purchased my woocommerce theme and this is their reply:
    ‘I checked on another installation and it works normally, I don’t know why it does not work for you. It doesn’t come from us. Indeed, when I deactivate our plugins and our theme are always 0,00€.
    Please submit a ticket to the Woocommerce plugin support, maybe it’s a setting issue.’
    Can you help me? Is this indeed a setting issue?
    My webshop is not on-line yet. Please let me know where I can send my credentials to so that you can check.

    Hi there,

    Are you using a plugin for your shipping methods, or WooCommerce Core?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
