corrupt log in wp admin?

    When I created a page and deleted it, I seem to have corrupted my log in.
    http:/www.cookbookreview.co.uk/foodblog/wp-admin gives the log in page but when I enter password etc, I get a corrupt version of my sites main url.
    I tried over writing the login.php file, but didn’t help.
    Can still see the complete system on my smartphone as it is logged in.
    Stats etc all visible on it.

    Thanks, replace the wp admin and wp includes files – seems tobe working ok now.
