    Hi, those are values for the cached image that is used. When you initially upload an image, Shopp creates cached images in various sizes. These images are then retrieved and displayed in various areas such as your storefront page or product pages. This uses less resources and is faster than using the original image site-wide.

    Within your .htaccess file, you’ll see a rewrite rule for the Shopp image server. Could you try commenting out that line by adding a # just before it and saving changes?

    Try setting pretty permalinks to ‘post-name’ and resave your permalinks. If you need more help go to support shopplugin.net. Things are easier to solve when support can have temporary access to your site.
