correct settings?

I’m trying to set up a mega menu similar to the main navigation in the below 1st 2 screenshots (taken off someone elses website): first screenshot is desktop, second screenshot is mobile, I have been messing with settings for a long time and I’m not getting anything close. Can you tell me if A) it is achievable with your plugin and B) if it is could you please point me in the right direction of settings?

I realise I will need to do some css to get the look, but it’s the functionality that I’m struggling with – for example, when I create multiple columns and the list of menu links is longer than one column the list populates across and then down rather than down and then across, which results in a bonkers order of things.

I haven’t been able to get anything close to the expandable mobile layout. I promise I have looked at the documentation. My problem is there are so many settings, and I’m not sure even what basic settings I should have (accordian? Grid? ) (2nd 2 screenshots)
