Copyright Link Appends Domain URL

I am trying to add a link to my copyright text, but this theme automatically puts the domain URL in front of my link. This only happens in the copyright section, not on the pages.

The code I am using is:
Copyright test

but it doesn’t link to google.com, it links to http://lswebsitedesigns.com/”http:/google.com/”

Also, target=”_blank” doesn’t work, it opens up in the same window.
