If that’s what you are needing you can add some CSS.
.wf-float-left {
display: none !important;
}
That will remove the text next to your logo in the footer.

Without actually seeing the admin panel I couldn’t tell you exactly where to go. But in the theme settings there should be an area labeled footer that will allow you to change the text or it may be in the widgets under footer.
