[copy_inline] stopped working for unauthenticated users

    My WordPress site is on a private network so I cannot share the URL, but in recent versions the [copy_inline] shortcode we use within our TablePress rows stopped working for users that were not signed into WordPress. I DIFFed the source and found that ctc-shortcode-js-extra and ctc-shortcode-js are not loaded unless a user is signed in.

    Was this functionality removed from the free version of this plugin?
