If you want to MOVE WordPress, that’s easy. http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
But you should never have two version of the same site, with 100% the same content, on separate domains. That’s bad for google.
Listen to Ipstenu. Duplicate content will hurt your search rankings. I would suggest, if you want to have two website, changing the content up a bit. Have a different look and feel as well. That way, if you have a visitor who visits both sites, they get different experiences.
I’m curious as to the rationale.
You could also just point one domain to the other.

Hi
I definitely will change the content, the reason i want to do it is because i want to target the new website to different country.
I want to do it because i don’t want build the website from “0”.

You could always set up a parked domain in that case.

Hi Tim
can you be more specific please.
Pini
Parked domains have the same document root as the primary domain. You’ll need to contact your hosting provider for more information on how they set them up. If you’re host uses cPanel, typically it’s a link in there to set them up. Basically, the domain name will be different but the website will look exactly the same. That way, two domains will display the same exact website, the only difference is the domain name.
