Copy table and column widths change from original

    I’m new to wordpress so am very frustrated by the process. I finally created a table after many hours that I want to copy multiple times. When I highlight the table and copy and paste all the column widths that are critical to the table in the pasted version have changed. What is going on?

    Apparently I copied the contents not the cells. When I tried copy again the cells were outlined and then the table pasted the same as the original.
