Copied theme to another domain… missing code ??

Hi,

I copied my genesis and child theme to a subdomain, but there seems to be some missing code.

I had someone create an accordion menu within my original pages, but the actual menu isn’t showing on the pages of the subdomain. This is what displays:

So the code minus the actual menu.

What else do I need to copy over to get this to work?
