The spinning arrow is a common symptom of a JavaScript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using. It can also be caused by a server-side warning or error. See JavaScript Conflict Problems for guidance on how to investigate this.

Hmm… Tricky. Not sure what the story is if it’s working on one page and not the other. I’ll do some page comparisons to see.
Thanks!

Can you help me find information about the serverside warning/error? I tried all of the Java checking steps and it didn’t seem to make a difference.
Tracing a JavaScript conflict can be a challenge I suggest you go through these steps – lets see if that helps
Step by step approach to finding JavaScript Conflicts
1. Switch temporarily to a WordPress default theme (Twenty Eleven etc.) and see if the problem goes away.
If it does, you’ve most likely got a JavaScript conflict with your current WordPress theme.
If switching to default theme doesn’t help it could be one of the plugins you are using that is causing the problem.
2. Disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7
If doing that solves the problem, you can then add back each item – one by one, until you find the real cause of the problem.

Unfortunately, I’ve done all that with no success…
The problem can also be caused by a server-side warning or error. I’d recommend you install Postman SMTP temporarily to investigate this. Postman SMTP includes excellent email debugging.
