Hi! I often use the Cookies and Content security policy plugin. It’s been working great, until suddenly it didn’t… I had to change plugin temporarily(?) on a published page, but ideally I’d like to continue using it.

I develop pages using Elementor. Recently, I noticed that Elementor wouldn’t load, but when I disabled the cookies plugin, Elementor worked normally again. When I then activated the cookies plugin again, the cookies box does not appear on the public site, and I therefore cannot accept cookies = the website looks a bit wonky.

On the linked website (it’s not published so I’m keeping the plugin activated as an example) the same thing happens.

Would be great to get some help with this!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi! The cookies box appears on the link you’ve sent, and I can’t see anything wrong with the site. Is the problem in admin?

Hm okay, I found the blocked scripts and images and copy pasted them into the “always allow” in the plugin. Now the box shows when i visit the page!

I haven’t done this before, but I guess I have to start doing this now? 🙂

Is there a recommendation which ones to allow as the “always allow” ones?

Always allow should be cookies that break the site if they are missing, from your own domain and that doesn’t send user data to any third party.
