    Hi there,

I installed Cerber then deleted Limit Login Attempts plugin. I enabled the custom login url option. Now when I go to login I get the usual WP screen, but I also get: ” ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”
On a second attempt it lets me in to my dashboard.
I refreshed the cache, deleted cookies, and made sure the cookies were checked in my chrome browser.

I deactivted the plugin, then logged in with /admin. Then I reactivated the plugin and logged out. It then worked without the error message when I logged in with the custom url.
The error message comes back when I clear the browsing data (chrome), then try to login again.

    Hi!

First of all, you need to enable cookies to use Cerber as well as WordPress dashboard. Both are using and rely on cookies when it comes to authorization on the site. Cookies are used when the plugin and WP make a decision on who you are and what you can do, when you (or any other user) are trying to log in to the dashboard.
Second, what browser are you using?

    Hi Gioni,
I’m using Chrome browser. Cookies are enabled. I get the cookies error when trying to login with a refreshed (>clear browsing data) browser for the first attempt. The second attempt no problem.

When I disable the plugin, clear browsing data again, and login using the old /admin, I get in on the first attempt without the cookies error.

Sadly, I can’t reproduce that message on my computer. I cleared the cookies, but everything was fine and I didn’t get message. By the way, this messages is generated by WordPress.
Could you make a screenshot that message and send it to me here: http://wpcerber.com/support/

Final note: You must type in the new Custom login URL EXACTLY as listed on the Cerber settings > Main settings page.
