Hi shomali68. You can use the File Manager in your cPanel to rename your plugins folder to something like plugins.disabled.

Hi shomali68. The cPanel is connected to your HOST, not your WP. Who is your web host ?
For example, Siteground: https://www.siteground.com/kb/how_to_access_cpanel/
Try this: http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
You need to contact your host – they will help. 🙂

That’s not done here and there is no reason to do that. There is no risk in anything you have posted.
