No reaction after three days here, two days with support ticket.
As we pay for the service, I really thought we get an answer. Any reaction is welcome.

Hi @mickna
I am sorry that you haven’t had any response yet.
Can you give us a link to the website where these problems occur? Then we can investigate this problem further.
kind regards
Wendy

Hi Wendy,
yes I can – within a PN. Is there a way to send a private message?
This is not related to my or an specific site. It seams to be a problem with an old PHP-DI library on your (cookiebot) side. You can simply recreate this error:
Setup WP
load Cookiebot
Load Matomo-Plugin (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/matomo/)
activate both and your site will crash.

Also Richard van der Velde joined the discussion.
Thank you for joining this lonely thread 🙂

Hi Mickna
Thank you for the info. We can already start looking into the problem with that information.

Perfect! Looking forward 🙂
Hello,
is there any update on this topic?
Matomo is launching in safe mode because of the cookiebot plugin (https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/which-plugins-is-matomo-for-wordpress-known-to-be-not-compatible-with/).

Hi @finn,
for us it was faster and safer to install Matomo as a standalone and using the plugin WP-Matomo Integration to insert the code.
All works fine, also there are no missing counts.
Maybe it is worth to think about this solution.
Hey @mickna
Thanks for the workaround. I will try this out for now!
