    My banner is not showing probably because I did not finish wizzard. And I can not finish wizzard because i can not scan cookies. I got folowing error but when i click on Start, i finish verification proces, join the newsleeter, got message that i have successfully verified, but still this messsage persists:

    Cookie Scan Unavailable

    We need to authenticate this domain.

    The new advanced Website Scan needs to authenticate your website for security purposes. It only takes a second!

    Please advise.

    Hi @ivankop ,

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the hassle during setup.

    The “Cookie Scan Unavailable / We need to authenticate this domain” notice can appear when our authentication servers are momentarily under load, so the verification doesn’t register even though you completed the email step and got the success message. Could you please try once more? In a number of cases a simple retry clears it.

    If it still persists after that, or if the wizard behaves oddly (loops, hangs, or shows anything unexpected), it would really help if you could send:

    1. a screenshot of the step where it gets stuck, and
    2. any errors in the browser console (F12 > Console), plus your Site Health info if possible.

    With those we can try to reproduce the issue on our side.

    Hi,

    I managed to solve the issue with validation, I had to click on link that was sent on email and now that is ok.

    But I am still unable to see consent banner on my website and i filled all data needed
