Cookie record keeps reverting to “Deleted”

    Hello,
    I’m using Complianz on a WooCommerce staging site.

    Complianz version: 7.5.5

    The cookie sbjs_current_add is present in the browser, but its record in Complianz keeps reverting to “Deleted” after I save it and use the Restore option. I have already tried this in a private browser session. 

    Could you please advise the supported procedure in the WordPress admin interface to restore this cookie record and keep it active? I do not want to edit the database directly or bypass security protections. 

    The cookie should be categorized as Statistics, expire with the session, and be listed in the cookie policy.
