Hello and good day. I am in the US and only target US audiences.

How can I configure Acceptance by default with Opt-out requests activating the tracking scripts?

If you are looking for a geo-location feature (whereby US visitors have cookies accepted by default and EU visitors see the pop-up and have to show active consent), then this is a premium feature.
