Cookie notice + GA

    Hi,

    I have a couple of basic questions about Cookie Notice (without compliance).

    1. When a user refuses consent, does this information get automatically blocked by Google Analytics? And Search Console?

    2. Do I need the compliance version or is the Cookie Notice enough for GDPR? I tried the compliance version but found it too intimidating so have reverted to the normal one.
