Cookie Bar Text Linking to Instagram

Hello,

I am having a problem where my cookie bar text is actually linking to Instagram. Also, when I include the Mailchimp newsletter in the bottom, this also does the same thing. Does anyone know why? Maybe because the plugin isn’t compatible with my version of WordPress?
