Convert email address links

Hi, I have a table that has columns with individuals email addresses. I have used the Auto convert but, as some email addresses are so long they cause the table to extend outside the widths of the page ( I have set the table to scroll but would like another solution).

Is it possible to change the text within the column to say ‘Email’ but still link to the email address when clicked?
