Conversion Tracking stopped working

    Hi there,

    I’ve had your plugin installed for a while and it automatically stopped recording conversions. Any ideas why?

    Hi @skwtayler,

    We have made a test transaction of Order Id 13629, Please discard this order at your end.

    Below are our observations:

    1) Data till thankyou page were tracked and sent to GA.

    2) At thankyou page data were not tracked, hence no conversion data in GA.

    3) There is a critical error coming on the thankyou page (Same has been highlighted in the screenshot)

    4) I could see you are using GTM for your store. FYI, this version of the plugin does not work in tandem with GTM and because of this our plugin’s functionality at thankyou page is getting conflicted.

    Please act on point number 3 & 4 and let us know if you have further queries.
