Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We really appreciate your feedback.

We’ll investigate the issue and work on a fix in an upcoming update.

I noticed that the View Cart event is firing correctly on your site. Could you please let us know which eCommerce plugin you’re using, WooCommerce or FluentCart? This information will help us investigate the issue more effectively.

    Hello Rubait,

I’m using WooCommerce, and I’ve also tested the plugin on a few other websites. Unfortunately, the Goal events are not firing on any of them. Everything else seems to be working fine.

There are also some CSS issues. Please see the screenshot:

Please fix the conversion tracking, as it’s a critical part of this plugin. If this issue occurs in the future, it could result in data loss, which would be one of the biggest reasons to stop using the plugin. There should be a permanent solution or a reliable backup plan to ensure no conversion data is ever lost. Otherwise, the value of the other features is greatly reduced.

    Thank you.
