Yes you can manage access to admin menu for any role or individual user. Check this article https://aamplugin.com/help/how-to-manage-wordpress-backend-menu.

@whoaloic,

If you menu is based of posts, pages, categories and custom links then you should be able to do all this on the Posts & Pages tab.
