Control buttons not working – can’t find ‘Reset cache’

The lightbox control buttons (eg Play, Maximise,Full Screen,etc) on our feed page have stopped working, and looking at the solutuions to other issues here I thought I’d reset the cache – but I can’t see anywhere to do that in the Settings screen. Looking at your page https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/360016277852-Configuring-Instagram-Feed-Settings it looks as though the ‘Check for new posts’ and ‘Reset cache’ options have both gone.
Any ideas, please?
