Contributor View other Authors draft Posts

Hi Guys,

Is there anyway to let contributors view and read draft posts by other Authors?

We have a site where we dont want Authors posting duplicate content so we want them to be able to read the other authors draft posts.

I have looked through various plugins such as Roles an Capability managers but nothing seemed to jump out on how to do it.

Any help would be much appreciated 🙂
