Hi @hooperman13,
It sounds like what you’re looking for here is a subscription solution. If Sumo subscriptions doesn’t meet your needs for whatever reason, you may want to look at the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension.
Hi Luminus,
Thanks for your prompt response. It may well be the case that the WooCommerce product will address my needs, but I read up on both products before purchasing Sumo Subscriptions. Going by the documentation, the functionality of the two products looks very similar, the only obvious difference was price and the need to renew annually.
Maybe the Sumo product can meet my needs, maybe not, but before I shell out even more money, how can I confirm that WooCommerce Subscriptions will do what I am asking?
Hi @hooperman13,
If you want to try products from WooCommerce.com, please note that all products have a 30-day full refund policy.
If the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, WooCommerce.com will be more than happy to offer a full refund. You can read more about the product refund policy on the WooCommerce.com website here: http://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/
Thanks for this Stuart, I’ll take advantage of this.
Does a WooCommerce Subscriptions licence only allow me to use the plug-in on one site?
Hey @hooperman13,
All products sold on WooCommerce.com are single site licenses which offer updates and access to support services for the single WordPress installation they are activated for. If you have multiple WordPress installs a separate purchase would be required for each site the plugin was installed on.
I hope this helps.
