I have got almost the same problem Movin. In mobile version, my posts area can not be clicked and I can not find that generated html, by inspect element. As I could see, it is not a device problem because this also happens when I resize my chrome window in the mobile dimensions. My website is iqtestandgames.xyz.

We have found out that it’s the theme issue which will be resolved in the theme ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can resolve it by using the solution posted in the following reply.

I am also facing the same issue for my website (www.offbeatexplorers.com) where post areas and ‘Continue Reading’ are not clickable on mobile phone. I would be trying the above solution suggested, still posting for informing the team.
(Edit: I applied the CSS code suggested by you and it is working great on mobile. Thanks a ton.)
