Are you sure the same issue happened in two different websites!?
Could you please go to tbe browser console and give us screenshot? Just go to create a new tree then right click on the page and select inspect and go to the console tab.

I’m seeing the same issue – there is a jQuery error – for some reason the SQL statement is getting evaluated in jQuery. FWIW I checked and the query itself is okay as an SQL query.
