Contingent field

You cannot have multi-selection drop-down. But you can have a multiple choice option and then use conditional fields and display the results based on the selection (the second question appears based on the answer of the first one).

Do the following: create single-choice field. Then create the stated different fields. Go to Conditional fields section within the Form Options menu. Here connected the field answers with the corresponding field using if question1 is x, then show question2, if question1 is y, then show question3. Thank you.
