Content with Elementor animation effect stopped displaying

    I have installed this plugin today ; it looks great , but every content with an animation stop appearing until you refresh the page a couple of times . You can even see this issue when you test the website on gtmetrix and see the loaded website images . I’m using Elementor pro for the animation effects .

    I haven’t try to uninstall the plugin yet to see if they can go back to work , but I wanted to ask if there’s an easy fix without having to test each choice .

    Trust you are doing good and thank you for getting in touch with us.

    I checked the mentioned site but was unable to notice any such issues, the animations work fine. Can you please confirm if you have managed to fix the issue?

    If the issue still persists at your end, can you please check this from an incognito window or a different browser? Can you please share exactly where can we notice the issue so that we can check this for you?

    Hi , thank you for helping me . Yes I have just solved the issue by going to Asset Optimization > Configuration and uncheck the CSS and JavaScript files . I didn’t check if one or both of them cause the problem but I’m happy with the results .

    can i ask about another thing or should i make another fourm. gtmetrix tells me that just the background video on my website does not have CACHE TTL , did i miss anything for video caching in the plugin ?

    Hi @omranelhamad

    Could you check if the Browser cache is enabled on Hummingbird > Caching > Browser caching?

    Set it to 1 year.

    I see the mp4 is on the list:

    We can’t enable it for external sources, so Google maps and analytics URL will keep being reported.
