Content width problem

Hi there!

I’m currently using the “evolve” theme to build a new website. When i create articles or static pages and publish them, the text is taking the width of one of two collumns shown on each page of the website. I mean each pageis separated in two collumns and only the left one contains the text. I have tried to find my solution from the GENERAL>LAYOUT setting tab, with no success. Where should i look next?
