Hello,

I hope you are well, I installed WPvivid Backup plugin and I transferred all the data from one server to the server that I am at the moment, and everything was working well until I realize that I cannot update my website anymore. I tried to add new images and install new plugins but they are not showing up in my website. I contacted the theme developer and they say that it’s not the theme problem, and also tried to clean the cache in WordPress, Cpanel and browser. However, I didn’t have this problem when I was editing in the old server it only happened when I installed and migrated the website using this plugin.
Please help.

Hi @haritol

Just a quick question:

Do you use any relative paths on the source site or the target site?

If so, can you please convert the relative paths to absolute as our plugin is currently not compatible with relative paths.

Then can you please send us a debug zip from the plugin’s Debug tab on the target site to help identify the problem?
