Content page doesn't match website

Whenever i am editing on the content page in WordPress, it comes up fine but when I visit the actual page on the website in a different tab, It looks different. I’m not sure if this a problem of mine own doing if the edit content page itself is not communicating with the web page.

Things load well on the editing page but on the web page they do not load correctly. Maybe I have the coding wrong… Help!
