Content not working

Hello,

i have this code:

and for some reason i can’t select any of the links… as you can see here

also my ultimate goal is to have under where it says WORK,
a drop down FORM style menu with the titles as permalinks to each entry in my WORK category only, and then once one is selected is to have it load that entry only…
but i am having no luck.

Driving me crazy…
