I’m having a hard time understanding the issue. Can you post images(web snapshots) that show the appropriate layout and a broken one?
I can’t, I have been working to solve this for days. As of now, I have it disabled, as client is flipping out.
I target a div.
there are 2 classes of divs that should scroll, .heroText (vertical text div)
and .TNHolder (horizontal thumbnails)
After installing the scrollers on both, styling them etc, the thumbnails would appear as only one tiny thumbnail SOMETIMES.
And other times they would be fine.
I deleted all files and made a fresh install with a new download of Custom Scrollbar plugin, and now the scrolllbars don’t take effect at all.
Ar there often issues like this?
Thank you, there is no other plugin which performs what yours does, and I am hesitant to load in the JScrollPane in a WordPress site, though it works well in other sites.

Thanks for posting the images. I still cannot see the problem however.
So you want to add a horizontal scrollbar to display multiple thumbnails and sometimes the horizontal scrollbar does not appear and only one thumbnail gets shown.
What I see is only the second image with a slightly different scrollbar style. I do not see the page like the first image.
You need to determine when it happens. Otherwise, I cannot confirm the problem. I suggest you:
– try using different browsers
– try disabling the browser JavaScript functionality. Some browsers including Chrome and Firefox have addons for it that lets you toggle JavaScript.
and see if the same problem occurs.
