Content is distorted when browser is resized

Hi,

I have been having issues with my site. Whenever I resize the browser, the content will be distorted and float to the right as shown here: http://i44.tinypic.com/2hxm4xe.jpg
It seems like the header and body image had been resized.

Originally, it should look like this: http://i44.tinypic.com/wthpb4.jpg

I have been trying to fix the css to do a background fix but I can’t seemed to solve it. Would appreciate any professional help. Thank you 🙂
