    Marie-Claire,

    This is very strange behaviour indeed! The collapse elements are working, just not being collapsed on page load. Sounds like there might be a plugin conflict.
    Can you try having the script load in the header and see if this resolves the issue? This is controlled under the Dashboard > Settings > Collapse-O-Matic > Script Load Location

    If that does not resolved the issue, try the old ‘deactivate all the plugins, then turn them on one by one until you found the one that is causing wonky behaviour’ trick.

    Fret not, we’ll get this sussed out and your site back to working like it should.

    Loading in the header doesn’t help.
    I checked the other plugins: no success.

    Yes, it’s resolved. I’m afraid I can’t tell what exactly the problem was. I think it must have been a plugin conflict. After the update > 1.6.2 it worked again. What is new/different there?

    Strange. OK, well glad you got things working again. Issue resolved.

    I have this problem on mobile theme,auto expand and can’t click on mobile,
    plugin work fine on pc theme,pc theme and mobile theme not same
