This is not connected to the plugin, but rather to page template on which you try to import it. I have seen this in past in other situations.
Please start new topic https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/rife-elementor-extensions/unresolved/ and add more details in which theme and how exactly you are trying to open templates.

The preview in my template library is the culprit.
