  • This is not an bug or other issue. I’d just like to start a discussion about feedback vs. contact. I like the idea of usernoise as feedback plugin for the website itself, but don’t see it making sense as a type of lead generation contact gateway for a company.

    Is it redundant to have both a contact form for the business and usernoise for website feedback?
