“CONTACT US” NINJA FORM

    In the ALL PURPOSE theme, v. 4.9.5, the standard supplied CONTACT US widget v. 1.4.1 no longer appears where the user submits his/her name, email address, and message. Both in Page Builder and when previously published, there were two columns: what now appears (covering the entire page) was on the right w/ the above widget in a column on the left (as illustrated in my other site: https://lacornucopiaitalia.com/contact/ .

    Please and kindly, can you tell me where the problem rests? Thank you.
