    Our business doesn’t have a physical location, so we’d like to remove the map or replace it with an image on the contact section. Is there a way to do that?

    Hello jennaga149,

    Yes, you can add image or video iframe in that section.

    Just go to customizer-> Contact Section ->Settings -> Map

    Then put the image code like

    <img alt='example image' src='http://example.com/xyz.jpg' />

    or you may use the video iframe code in that section.

    Hope it will help you to resolve your query.
