Contact not working

My webpage is shaynnicely.com, I just realized my contact form isn’t sending me e-mails.

In your response, please dumb it down, I’m not very tech savvy, ie “go to CSS editor” or “go into your contact menu and switch to text mode first,” etc, if I just see a block of code, I have no idea where it goes or what to do with it. Thank you!
