    Good afternoon,

    I am wondering where the information is send in the “CONTACT” section of my website. I have tried sending a few practice runs but I am not receiving emails, or getting alerts. Are you able to assist in where they would appear or if I have improperly set up that section. Thank you very much for your help.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using our theme. We appreciate it.

    I’ve just sent you another message through that form and I’ve got

    “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” message after submitting the form. It should arrive to your e-mail address you’ve put in your Settings -> General, under Email Address box.

    That form seems to be the usual Contact Form 7 one, though I also see “mailchimp-ext-0.4.50” in the page source, related to that form. So could you please provide more information about how did you set that form up and check whether you have valid e-mail address in that WordPress setting?

    The email address is valid… I went o WP Forms, used the Simple Contact Form and used it in it’s simple form, and then loaded it to my site. Should I delete and start over? I have deleted the mailchimp plugin.

    I’m not familiar with Simple Contact Form plugin. We’re using Contact Form 7 plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ as a contact form in our themes.

    If you’re having any issue with one of the plugin I would highly recommend to contact with plugin author to get help.
