Contact Form Responsiveness

    Good afternoon all,

    I’ve just configured a form for a client and it’s not responsive on a phone/tablet. The form itself works fine and all info is coming through okay.

    I’ve looked on support forums for the additional CSS code but have been unsuccessful so far.

    Could anyone assist me?

    I’m a bit of a newbie with CSS code so be gentle!
