    This is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using jQuery.

    You may also use some plugins to achieve this​​. https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/ – could be of help

    If we put in contact form 7 checkbox with selections YES or NO, we want that if user choose YES, then after this selection other additional checkboxes appear under YES checkbox

    Suggest we solve one problem at a time. Have you been able to resolve your first problem?
